Eagle Yoga Fest!

Soar to new heights at the first annual Eagle YogaFest! Yoga Off Broadway and the Town of Eagle are excited to present the first annual Eagle YogaFest! coming to Eagle, Colorado this October 4-6th. This three day yoga festival will feature guest instructors Shannon Paige, Jim Keegan, R.R. Shakti with DJ Sundragon, and more! Local yoga instructors will kick off the first class of the festival with a Community Donation Yoga class at the Eagle Town Park. Some of the festival highlights will include hiking, meditation, music, a yoga movie at the Eagle Town Park, and of course yoga!

Yvonne Schwartz (owner of Yoga Off Broadway),  regularly attends yoga festivals around the country and thought that Eagle was a beautiful, scenic, town with so much to offer. Why not host a festival right here? She also wanted to raise money to help a community project, so participants will enjoy all the yoga festival has to offer and help a good cause.  Proceeds from this event will benefit Girl PowHER Yoga Program. Girl PowHER is a program that brings yoga and group work to adolescent girls in the middle schools of Eagle County. The program is run by volunteers and is offered once a week at each middle schools in Eagle County. The girls work on increasing self-esteem, positive coping skills, breath, and stress management through the practice of yoga.
