Join us Sunday, August 30, 4-7:00 p.m. Eighty tables will be set along Capitol Street between Founders Ave. and Sylvan Lake Road.
📍Location: Capitol Street between Founders Ave. and Sylvan Lake Rd.
We recommend selecting one host per table. That host will register for the table and coordinate the potluck for their table. Table reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a FREE event. Rain or Shine.
Schedule:
4pm: Check-in – Host must check-in PRIOR to selecting a table. We are not assigning tables.
5pm: Dinner Bell
5 – 7pm: Live Music – Sponsored by Slifer, Smith and Frampton, featuring Primal J & the Neanderthals
What does the Town provide?
- 8 ft table with chairs (8 people per table)
- Waste, recycling, and compost bins
What do I need to provide for my table?
- Bring your 8 people, all ages. Leave the fury friends at home. Hoomans only.
- Food & Beverage for your table (potluck style)
- TABLE DECORATIONS! Prizes will be awarded for Most Spirited & Most Creative.
- Please make sure all decor is taken home at the end of the night. Leave no trace.
- Bring reusable or compostable plates, cups, and silverware – pack it in, pack it out.
No Fires. No Grills. No Pets.
