Sylvan Lake State Park

Nestled against a mountain backdrop, the campground at Sylvan Lake State Park is one of the most scenic spots in Colorado. It’s conveniently located approximately 10 miles southeast of Eagle.

Canoeists, kayakers, paddle and electric motor boaters enjoy the 42 acre lake. The Lake is stocked with rainbow, cutthroat, brook and brown trout. Overnight visitors can choose to camp, stay in a cabin or lounge in a yurt.

The park is open all year and winter offers snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, sledding, access to snowmobile trails and the chance to stay snug in a warm cabin.
