Join The Vitality Collective by the river every Friday evening for a class to start your weekend off with some self-care.

Each week there will be a different class offered by one of our amazing staff members. Yoga, Meditation, and Movement are incredible ways to give back to your mind & body; especially when it is accompanied by fresh air, mountain views, and the sounds of the river.

These classes are donation based and Bring Your Own Mat.
