Watch over 700 high school mountain bike racers compete on the Haymaker Trail as part of the Colorado High School Cycling League’s 2015 race series!
The Haymaker Classic course starting elevation is approximately 6,650 feet. The course incorporates a touch of everything from fast flat lower sections along the pastoral valley parallel to Brush Creek. It includes several moderate climbs, a few rock bridges, winding berms, fun rollers and a twisty crowd-pleasing slalom descent. The loop is approximately 5.4 miles with 520 feet of elevation gain per lap.
North conferences races Saturday; South conference races Sunday. Course will be open for pre-riding on Friday.
