Event Details

Eagle’s 12th Night on January 6th is Canceled.

The community bonfire is being canceled due to COVID-19 related staffing and safety concerns. The Greater Eagle Fire Protection District, Chief Randel Cohen, expressed his concerns to the town and requested the last-minute cancellation; “we want you know that our residents and visitors safety is our top priority. This was a difficult decision to make. Thank you for understanding.”

Residents may drop off their trees and the Town’s Yard Waste Facility, located at 311 Violet Lane.

The Eagle Valley Lions Club hosts this traditional Christmas tree bonfire party. Hot chocolate will be provided. Please bring your old Christmas tree to the south side of the Town Park at 6th & Wall no earlier than Thursday, December 30th and before 3:00pm on January 6th.  All ornaments, tinsel, lights, etc. must be removed before you drop your tree off.  When dropping your tree off, please make sure it is on the park lawn and not the road.  Also, please do not pile your trees high as this creates a dangerous situation for the firefighters.  Spread your trees out along the south and west corner of the park.

Bundle up and walk over as parking is limited around the park.

If you have any questions, call (970) 328-9625 or email [email protected].
